The company "L'albero del Sole" is
located in the industrial area of Fusignano (Italy, Ravenna), via
dell'Artigianato 7, only 8 km away from the motorway exit Lugo-Cotignola
on road A 14.
The working area of 2.369 square metres is divided in 2
zones: the first zone of 2.230 square metres is dedicated to the
production, the second one, 130 square metres, is dedicated to the storage
of raw material and products.
The producing zone is organised in areas for dough processing,
leavening, baking and packing - entering the company one has the
vision of the whole producing cycle and one can taste and enjoy the aromas
of the produced food.
